Club Senior Team
Tralee/St Brendan’s Senior League Semi Final
On Friday night last in glorious Sunshine Ballymacelligott hosted Churchill in the Tralee/St Brendan’s semi-final.
Despite scoring five goals and dominating a lot of the game Ballymac lost to Churchill in this high-scoring and entertaining game.
Churchill was in the lead by two points with fifteen minutes gone in the first half. The halftime score was 1-05 to 1-06.
The second half was a cracker with Ballymac scoring four more goals and five points. The final score was Ballymac 5-10 Churchill 4-16.
We wish Churchill every success in the final. Thanks to everyone who supported our lotto on the night.

Hard luck to our Kerry Ladies and their management on their defeat yesterday against Cork,
Men
Well done to the Kerry Senior team and management on their victory yesterday in the Munster Final against Limerick in Killarney.
Kerry Minor Team
Best of luck to Niall Collins who is part of the Kerry Minor Panel who will travel to Páirc Ui Rinn in Cork to play Cork in the 2022 Electric Ireland Munster Minor Football Championship Final on Wednesday at 7.30pm.
Everyone in Ballymac will be cheering ye on lads.
Supporters bus
The Club are running a bus to the Munster Minor Final Wednesday evening in Pairc Uí Rinn to support our own Niall Collins and the Kerry Minor Team.
The bus will be leaving the club grounds at 5pm. Anyone interested in traveling will need to purchase a match ticket themselves. Ticket details will be on the Kerry Gaa website. Cost of the bus will depend on numbers, but will be no more than €20 per head.

Our Minors play John Mitchels in Ballyseedy at 7pm on Monday 30th May at 7pm

Under 13s
The Ballymacelligott U13 blue team took to the field today in blistering heat to play fossa at home.
A slightly one-sided affair with the Ballymacelligott team coming out on top on a score-line of 5-14 to 2-10.
Our U13 gold team also took to the field this evening in what was a more competitive match against Fossa. Final score 2-18 to 2-07.
Well done to all the boys who put in a great effort, playing their hearts out in very hot conditions.
Under 11s
U11 Phase 2 Football Go Games
Our under 11s phase 2 Go Games begin next Thursday 2/6/22. Ballymac will play Milltown/Castlemaine at home at 6.30pm
Academy
Our U5 academy players were blessed with another beautiful Sunday for our training session this week. We spent the hour practising our hand passes, soloing and agility, with our more experienced players playing a fast and furious mini game.
Ladies Notes
Wonderful night had by all at the LGFA pub quiz on Friday night. Thanks to Mary Jones and all the wonderful staff at O Riadas for hosting the event and for the donation. Thanks to Fionnán Fitzgerald for doing a super job as MC! Well done to the winners James Flatherty, Dave Allman, Michael Bolger, Ruairi Rahilly and Olivia Rahilly.
