MINOR TEAM
Our minor game against St. Pat’s did not take place on Friday last due to both clubs having players involved with Tralee CBS in the Frewen Cup Final. It is now due to be played in Ballymac on Friday evening 20th March at 5.30pm.

This weekend is a big one for the SCOR competitors in the Club. Our Senior SCOR set dancing team are representing Club and County at the Munster Semi Final in Cappamore, Co. Limerick on Saturday evening next. The entertainment is due to start at 6.30pm. Then on Sunday our SCOR na bPaisti figure dancing girls compete in the Co. Final in the Gleneagle Hotel at 3.30pm. Best wishes to both groups.
WEDDING BELLS
Congratulations to Oonagh O Rahilly and James Flaherty who were married on Friday last. Oonagh is a former treasurer of the Club and is also to the forefront in the organising of the annual Ted O Keeffe Family fun day. All the Club wish Oonagh and James health and happiness in their future together.
DER FLYNN RIP
There was great sadness when news reached the Parish of the death of Der Flynn. A native of Kielduff Der played with Ballymac for many years and also served as Club Chairman and was a former trustee of our Club grounds. Upon moving to Castleisland Ballymacs loss became Cordals gain as he served as Chairman of the Cordal Club for many years. He also gave great service to St. Kierans where once again he took up the Chairmans role. All at Ballymac GAA club extends their deepest sympathy to the Flynn and Leen families on their great loss.
MEMBERSHIP
Please note all 2014 membership (adult & juvenile) expires at the end of March and it is vitally important that all players are registered to ensure they have insurance cover. Registration continues next Sunday morning at the club.
