Ballymac minors played Na Gaeil in the Tralee Town Board league on a wet and windy John Mitchels venue on Saturday last the 8th February.
The terrible weather conditions made flowing football difficult.
Ballymac started with the aid of a strong wind and had the better of the earlier exchanges to lead by four points.
However their opponents finished the first half with two quick goals to leave the half time score Na Gaeil 2-2 Ballymac 0-6.
Na Gaeil dominated the second half with the aid of the wind and ran out winners on the scoreline

A goal in the last minutes to equal the game was the vital score for our Minor team last Tuesday night (4-02-02) under lights in Connolly Park.
This was a very entertaining game of football in Round 2 Of The Coiste Trá Lí Minor League.
In the first half Stacks got on to a great start with a goal and a point. However our boys came back and had the lead following two goals with 15 minutes left to play. The remainder of the half saw both teams score some excellent points.
The half time score was Ballymac 2-3 to Austin Sacks 1-4.
Stacks got off to a blistering start to the second half and had scored scoring 4-01 in the first ten minutes.
All credit to our young team who were not rattled and continued to work hard and eked out some well worked scores until they equalised at the very end with a goal.
All the players did exceptionally well all night and credit to them to come back and draw the game. it was a well deserved draw on the night.
We now have a home against Na Gaeil in round 3 of the competition which has been fixed for next Saturday at 3pm.
The following Saturday 15th February the Minor team travel to Fossa for the first round of the County League at 3.30pm
Ballymac GAA Lotto Jackpot is now €6,500.00 and the draw takes place in The Half Way Bar on Monday night.

The Coiste Trá Lí Munster Chimney Solutions Minor League commenced today Sunday 02-02-2020 for our Minor team.
The lads travelled to Strand Road and came away with a win:
