Ballymac Blue Team 5-8 Kenmare 2-11
A strong first half from Ballymac playing with the wind made a comeback from Kenmare a difficult task. The blue team scored four goals in total in the first half including a brace from the very impressive Maurice Harrington.
The Ballymac defence were resolute in the second half with great individual displays by Micheal O’Connor and Luke Silles. This team has plenty of scope for improvement and will surely improve as the competition progresses.
