FAOI 12: U12 (B) Division 4 County League. Ballymac 5-4 Milltown/Castlemaine 5-15. The match was played in brilliant summer sunshine with the boys suffering their first defeat against a well drilled Milltown team. Losing 2-9 to 1-1 at half timethe lads gave themselves too much to do to come back into this game. However they put in a spirited performance in the second half with Ciaran Brosnan scoring a cracking goal. Kyle O’Connor played very well and got a lovely point. The lads were disappointed on this occasion but chins up and onto the next match – away to Ardfert next Sunday night.
