Training at this age group has been continuing over the past number of weeks as preparations are still ongoing for the Castleisland District U-16 final against Desmonds. The date, time and venue of this final have yet to be confirmed but it is hoped that the decider will take place this coming week-end May 11th/12th/13th. Further details can be had from Team mentors, Liam Goggin, Paul Horan or John Bermingham. We hope that as much support as possible will come out and urge on this very capable side in their quest for District Honours.
Faoi 14
The County League Final is scheduled to be played this Wednesday night May 9th against Castlegregory in Caherslee at 7.30pm. We encourage as many supporters as possible to come along and lend their support to the team in the County League Final.
Faoi 12
Last Monday evening, both our Gold and Blue teams played our Tralee counterparts, John Mitchels in Rd 4 of the County League in Ballymac. Results and Reports on these games will be in next week’s notes. Training continues each Tuesday and Friday at 6 30 pm.

The Castleisland District U-10 Blitz will take place in Ballymac this Thursday May 10th starting at 7pm. All players are asked to be in attendance at Ballymac GAA grounds at 6 30pm. See ye all there !
Cailini:
The girls played Abbeydorney on Tue night in Ballymac. After a great first half the sides ended level at 1-05 to 0-08. However Abbeydorneys experience came to the fore and they ran out 5-10 to 2-06 winners. Well done to the girls for putting up a great fight.
Academy
Training for all U-6s, U-8s and U-10s continue every Sunday morning in the Senior pitch, commencing at 11 am sharp. The Club shop is also open during this time.

Club Merchandise
Club gear which includes Jerseys, shorts, socks, kit-bags, hoodies etc can be obtained at the Club shop every Sunday morning from 11am to 12 15pm. One can also avail of a Club voucher which can be given as the ideal gift. This voucher can then be used to purchase club gear at any time. We encourage all players to wear the club colours at the academy but this is not essential. However, when representing the club in any game we hope that all players will wear the appropriate gear.
Kellogs Cúl Camps 2012
The GAA Cúl Camps will run again at Ballymac GAA club this coming summer from Monday July 30th to Fri Aug 3rd and we are encouraging all juveniles aged between 6 and 14 years of age to sign up to the Cúl Camps. After very successful football camps over the past three years, we are hoping that as many youngsters as possible will attend again this year. You can register on line at www.gaa.ie/kellogsculcamps or you can complete an application form and send it with the appropriate fee to County Co-ordinator, Dónal Daly at Austin Stacks Park, Tralee. Cost for first child is €55. It is €45 for second child of same family and €40 for third child of the same family.
