You may or may not be aware that the Kerry Mental Health and Wellbeing Fest 2020 is taking place from this Saturday, October 10th until Saturday, October 17th which has free online, outdoor and radio events for people of all ages.

Jigsaw Kerry is delivering 2 different workshops
As part of the Fest, Jigsaw Kerry is delivering 2 different workshops next week on various days and times for adults who would like to know more about promoting and supporting youth mental health and/or to know more about self-care for themselves when supporting young people.
One Good Adult Workshop: This workshop will look at the importance of young people having One Good Adult in their lives for their mental health, and how we can promote and support youth mental health.

Self-Care for One Good Adult Workshop: This workshop aims to build greater awareness of the importance of looking after our own wellbeing when acting as a supportive adult to young people and the value this has for young people’s mental health. Participants will develop a self-care plan.
