CAILINI FAOI 10 & 8
Austin Stacks visited us this Sunday for games against our U10 & U8 girls.
The U10 game was evenly matched, good performances from Roisin Rahilly, Ella Quirke, Kate Collins, Kerry Hennesy, Niamh Lynch, Abby Leahy and Ciara Palmer coupled with the younger girls gaining in confidence ensured we played some very good football. 2 cracking goals by Rachel Creedon were a feature of the game, Aoife Sweeney and Aoibhin Brodrick kicked a couple of scores each in very promising displays. Isuelt O Brien and Labhaoise Mansfield showed good touches during the game too. Overall a very good outing for both teams and great to see improvement of the younger girls in this group. Our U8 girls will be playing Castleisland Desmonds 7 o clock Thursday night in Ballymac.U16 Ladies

Aisling O Connell and Niamh Rahilly were part of the Tralee presentation 1st year Basketball team that reached the final of the All-Ireland First Years Basketball this weekend. Eva O Connel Buckley was also part of the team. Unfortunately they were beaten by Pres Castleisland on a score of 30 -12.
On their way to the final they beat teams from Ballincollig Cork, Presenatation Waterford, Monagahan Pres, Virgiana Co Cavan and Pres Killarney in the semi final.
A fantastic achievement and well done to the girls!!
