After attending training sessions every Saturday morning for the last eight weeks, five of the club’s under 12 girls panel travelled to St Joseph’s Doorabarefield in County Clare to represent the North Kerry Development Squad. Cora Savage , Sinead Mc Keown, Roisin Long, Emily O Donoghue and Sophie O Donoghue all did the club proud on the day competing against Galway, Tipperary and Clare on the way to winning the tournament. It was great to see our girls more than hold their own throughout the day, with Cora Savage having the honour of winning player of the tournament, and being presented with her trophy by a member of the Clare Ladies County Board. Well done Cora and to the other girls aswell. Ye did us proud. The achievements of these girls is testament to the great work being done by the coaches at underage level in the Club.
