Our U8 boys are keeping up a great interest as we come close to the end of the season. Well done to Regan who was our player of the week on Sunday morning!

Games will be 9 – a side (Unless agreement from mentors of both teams occur)
GAME FORMAT
Matches will be 11-a-side
Any team with insufficient numbers at the stated start time will forfeit the match
Average Scoring will be awarded to the winning team in this situation.
3 Games per age group [Players to play at own age group – Transferring players not allowed]
8 minutes a half
2 Pts for a Win and 1 Pt for a draw
Club points total will be aggregated
In case of equal points, the following will separate clubs:
Scoring Difference [Note: Only the first 4 goals per match apply]
Scores For [Note: Only the first 4 goals per match apply]
Goal For [All goals scored]
GAME RULES
Gum shields are compulsory
1 Hop and 1 Solo [or 2 Solo’s] only
Kick-outs from the hands from 5-yard line
No 45’s
Only the first 4 Goals count. Afterwards 1 Goal = 1 Point
Player Fouled take their own free-kick
For Girls the Ladies rules apply [i.e. Pick-up from the ground]
For U9/U10 Proper pick-up and hand-pass will be refereed
For U7/U8 reasonable effort for pick-up and hand-pass will be refereed
Foul Play not permitted – Penalty will be expulsion from tournament
