Reading is one of the best things families can do together – or apart if the house is starting to feel crowded!
On Thursday 25 February Ballymac GAA Health & Wellbeing Committee is encouraging, adults and children of all ages to get reading.
Did you know that “IRELAND READS” It is a new national day to celebrate reading
Why? Because taking some time for yourself to relax and do the things you enjoy (like reading) is important to help look after your mental wellbeing.
