Please complete this form if you and/or your child want to go on a bus organised by Ballymac LGFA for the Senior Ladies All Ireland Final on Sunday 4th, August for Kerry Vs Galway @16:15.
We will require parental support to run this bus. If your child is U18, please consider attending.
U12’s must be accompanied by a Guardian.
13-17yo will be permitted to attend , only if we have enough parents and coaches willing to help with supervision.
We had a brilliant time last year and we’d love to do it again this year.
All information on this form will be stored by Cat, & used to keep you updated on the organisation of the bus.
